Our current boat Melan 1 a 1959 31 ft Chris Craft Cruiser. Located on the Rideau Canal System, at Pirate Cove Marina in Kemptville, Ontario. We spend most of our summer at the boat sometimes commuting back and forth to work.
Crew:
Captain Dan and Papa, Daniel Beauchamp
First Mate Shelley and Mommy, (aka Shel Bel)
Deck hand Yogi the cat (in charge of clearing the boat of insects)
(he be getting an eye patch and we’re going to teach him to say arghhh instead of meow)
Sadie the dog is no longer with us but will be travelling with us in our hearts and in the form of ashes to be buried at sea.
The newest member to the boat Sebastien AJ Beauchamp welcomed into the world on April 2nd, 2010! He has no idea of the adventure ahead of him!
